All sales on SaleOnce.com are final. We do not offer refunds on any products, whether physical or digital. By purchasing any product, you accept this policy.
Digital products, including eBooks, software, downloadable content, and online courses, may be copied, shared, or resold by the buyer.
To be eligible for returns on physical products (if any), items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, in their original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Digital products (all digital content is non-refundable and transferable)
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
To complete a physical product return (if applicable), a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds are never granted.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued for any product, digital or physical. All purchases are final.
Late or missing refunds

Sale items

Exchanges

Gifts
All purchases marked as gifts are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.
Shipping returns
If physical products are delivered damaged (rare), contact us at {email address}. Shipping returns are handled case by case, but no refunds will ever be issued.
Digital Products
All digital products can be:
- Copied
- Shared
- Resold
Once purchased, digital content is fully transferable and usable by the buyer.
